By booking an appointment with Studio Lustier, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚
I kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or appointment changes.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation.

𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 (𝗔𝗙𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝟰𝟴𝗛𝗥𝗦)
Appointments cancelled on the day of the booking or after 48 hours will require a 50% deposit of the original appointment cost to be paid before any future bookings can be made.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the appointment cost being charged.

No-show clients will be unable to book future appointments until the full amount has been paid.
